What is the store's return and exchange policy?

There are no returns, but if your shipment is damaged please contact us or hop into our Discord and we'll work something out! 

When will my order ship?

I try to ship everything out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For pre-orders, keep an eye our on your e-mail for whenever your item is shipped.

 

Do you do accept orders outside of the US?

Yup! Would be a huge shame if we didn't!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

That depends on where you're located! If you're within the United States it should take between 2 to 5 business days depending on the efficiency of your local post office. For international shipping that gets a bit tricky once it leaves US territory. It could vary between 2 to 12 weeks in delivery time. (HEADS UP! Pop'n Pak is a VERY independent store powered by two people and life may come in the way so please keep that in mind when you make an order!)
